Sunshine Vascular provides the highest quality specialised service in the field of vascular surgery and treatment of varicose veins. The team at Sunshine Vascular – consisting of a Vascular Surgeon (Dr Karl Schulze), a practice nurse and support personnel, work together to ensure a high standard of health care dedicated to supporting patients and referring General Practitioners in the management of vascular disease and varicose veins.
Practice Background
Dr Karl Schulze established his Vascular Surgical Practice on the Sunshine Coast in 1998, originally in Nambour. He relocated to Buderim Hospital in 2000 and established the King St Specialists in 2004.
In 2026 Sunshine Vascular relocated to Suite 19 Nucleus Medical Suites Building B

Dr Karl Schulze
VASCULAR SURGEON

Dr Karl Schulze completed his Medical degree from Monash University, Melbourne in 1986, has been a fellow of The Royal Australian College of Surgeons since 1993 and was awarded his Fellowship of Vascular Surgery in 1998. Dr Schulze completed his Diploma of Medical Ultrasound in 2001.
